Pulwarty gives keynote address on climate services and adaptation

NIDIS Director Roger Pulwarty gave the keynote address on climate services and adaptation at the WCRP-Latin American and Caribbean Conference on Developing, Linking, and Applying Climate Knowledge.

The conference, which was hosted by the Unidad de Ciencias de la Atmósfera
Facultad de Ciencias, Universidad de la República, took place from March 17-20 in Montevideo Uruguay.
