As part of an ongoing partnership in the region focused on the development of climate services for adaptation and resilience, NOAA’s Adaptation Sciences program provided funding to Blue Sky Development Consulting to support experts in the design and implementation of an assessment of the state of climate and health science, priorities, and adaptive capacity in the Caribbean.

The paper describes which principles of co-production design are perceived to advance more equitable processes and outcomes.

This workshop is a part of NOAA engagements with Department of State colleagues and other US government partners to advance activity area 4 of the US Government and Government of Indonesia Climate Task Force 2 (TF2) Natural Capital and Ecosystem Services.

Engagement with Senegal on marine protected areas and blue carbon is a significant contribution to international efforts to incorporate blue carbon into other countries national greenhouse gas inventories, and to to manage marine protected areas, and protect shared species and habitats.
